1. Don’t blame, actively improve
In many cases things don’t go your way like losing revenue forecasts, launching products on time, or even getting sued over silly little things.
Naturally, this will be the cause of the blame for why things don’t go the way you want them to. But that won’t make you any better because it won’t solve your problem.
Instead of blaming, focus on solving and fixing the problem. The results may not be immediate, but as long as you’re working to improve, you’ll eventually get the results you want.
2. Don’t stop when you’re tired, only stop when you’re done
You’ll get tired of being an entrepreneur and you’ll even feel like you’ve burned out at times, especially when things go awry. But what has helped entrepreneurs succeed is “don’t give up”.
